Four Wheels: A Driver of a Small or Transit Van*.Contract: An Individual* who is contracted to a client/customer for a period of time, for a regular contract or for a project. This can be in a job role as a driver, office staff, support services or management. Office: An Individual* who works within the office environment. Company Nominations for: Corporate Safety Award A company or corporation having shown outstanding support to the proactive use of saftey on the road awareness for all. This can be a courier or transport company taking the leadership of proactive safety instruction to their workforce, proactive leadership of safety innovation, instruction of others in the support of all professional workers within the courier industry or third party safety awareness in the role of road accident prevention. Nomination can be made by an government official, customer/client, own company or member of the IoC An nomination paper is presented on Company letterhead with the following information as a minimum. Nominee's Name, Age, Family Staus, Job title, Location, Usual hours of employment, Job Title. Additional information of professional associations or membership and or charitable activities can be useful. Contact details of Nominator, Company office and Job Title A Two hundred and Fifty word (250) 'Testimony' with details of skills, aptitude, dedication, outstanding preformance or a specific act of professional delivery would be written by the nominator. Additional customer recomendations or company achievements should also be included. See 'Winners profile' for reference. Email testimony's can be sent by email but must be followed by the orginial being sent to the IoC office.
