Founding Fellow - John Miskell
John Miskell Operations Manager GLH Ltd John has worked for GLH since 1977 starting on the road as a cab driver whilst doing the odd telephone shift. In 1982 he started full time work in the control room and progressed from there to senior controller. John also known as ‘The Misk’ amongst his colleagues really flourished when the operation moved to the city where he gained much respect from customers and staff due to his friendly and understated manner. He is now presently in charge of the International department and continues to bring new ideas to the company. Johns view on 2005 was ‘It has been a consistently busy year with an ever loyal customer base. The industry has been very vibrant and energetic, which we look forward to be carried into 2006.’
