Founding Fellow - Alan Savage
Alan Savage Managing Director of MK London Link Alan started work as a Trainee Tool Maker and then mechanics before he started in his first courier job in 1970 with Mercury Despatch. Alan then moved on through various roles but always coming back to the courier industry until finally in 1982 he started MK London Link.The company started out from his home but very quickly moved out and he now runs his fleet of vans from bespoke premises. Alan is currently the Chairman of the National Courier Association and has been involved for the last eight years. During this time he has also spent two years as a committee member for the Despatch Association. I feel i have an enormous amount of experience within all aspects of the courier industry and will be able to share this with others as a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Couriers.
